Ruddy Treerunner and Rufous-collared Sparrow – Splendid Birds in Costa Rica (April 2026) 赭红树跑䴕和红领带鹀 – 哥斯达黎加的美丽鸟 (2026 年 4 月）

The Ruddy Treerunner (Margarornis rubiginosus) and Rufous-collared Sparrow (Zonotrichia capensis) are small Costa Rican passerines. Both inhabit highland environments and feed on insects and small invertebrates. The treerunner is a specialized cloud-forest species that climbs mossy trunks, while the sparrow prefers open habitats and forest edges, foraging mainly on the ground.

赭红树跑鸫（Margarornis rubiginosus）和红领带鹀（Zonotrichia capensis）都是哥斯达黎加常见的小型雀形目鸟类。两者均生活于高海拔地区，主要以昆虫和小型无脊椎动物为食。赭红树跑鸫是典型的云雾森林特化种，常沿覆盖苔藓的树干和枝条攀爬觅食；而红领带鹀适应性更强，多见于开阔地、林缘和人类活动区域，主要在地面寻找食物。
